AboutThis site advances the possibility of a better form of UK government. System adaptability is the most important principle, it will enable the system to continue in excellence regardless of changing circumstances. Systems based on dogmas are inherently inflexible; while they may be appropriate for a time, changing circumstances demonstrate their inability to adapt appropriately. Corruption is the most corrosive element in any system, it must be guarded against with strong systemic controls to both avoid it and punish it harshly. However well designed a system may be, it can be substantially diminished by employing the wrong people. So carefully crafted systems are needed to ensure the appropriateness of personnel remains high. |
